Perpetuity goes beyond standard CRUD apps by offering real-time live yield pulling, dynamic currency conversions, and interactive financial calculators. I implemented secure read-only tracking without requiring brokerage logins to ensure absolute user security. The UI uses heavy Framer Motion animations for a premium, native-app feel within the browser, and features a unique monetization portal for Finfluencers to gate their portfolios behind paywalls.
